Jinhai Lake Conceptual Master plan, Beijing, China

A master planning for an eco resort of 1,700 acres within Beijing’s picturesque Jinhai Lake that aims to become an exclusive hideaway in Beijing. A conceptual master plan for 53.36 ha and site plan for 6.67ha to create high-end hotel and resort development. The plan is to include strategic landscape and collaborated work with architectural design of the 5 different character parcels.
